I like the art, but I have always hated that alien that Feldstein drew. Wally Wood was by far the better bug eyed alien artist. You captured the look with the alien, but you don't quite have the look of a Feldstein woman, which is a unique look. Other than that, good job!!!
I have to disagree, Feldstein's monsters were better. They always had that crazy 'Wolverton' look. You are right about how this one turned out though. The girl looked like a Feldstein when I first drew her, but when I went back to finish and darken the pencils, she transmorgified into what you see now.

ReplyDeleteI understand the Wolverton aspect. I guess my personal preference is Wood. In either case, both artists were fantastic in their day.
